Possum Point Players audition for Christmas show Aug. 18, 21
Possum Point Players will hold auditions for the holiday revue, “Christmas from the Heart” on Sunday, August 18 at 6 p.m. and Wednesday, August 21 at 6 p.m. Auditions are open to all and will be in Possum Hall,
441 Old Laurel Road, in Georgetown.
All singers are invited to celebrate the true spirit of Christmas with a Possum Point Players' original holiday revue where townspeople from all walks of life live and love side by side, united by song and caring.
“Christmas from the Heart” is co-directed by Rosanne Pack and Kenney Workman of Milford, and Bob Frazier of Dover is music director.
Those auditioning should come with a prepared vocal selection (Christmas or other) and either sheet music or accompaniment CD. A piano accompanist will be provided. Singing without accompaniment or along with a taped performer is discouraged.
Cast requirements are 20-25 singers aged 16 and up and 6 children aged 8-12. The cast will include at least six older teenagers or young 20s.
