Auditions Announced For Hamilton Musical Theatre's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST Jr

Dance Auditions - Friday, September 24 - all auditionees to attend.

6:00pm - 7:30pm, some dancers will be invited to stay on until 8:30pm.

Individual Auditions for Singing and Dialogue (all must book a time) - Saturday, September 25 between 9:00am-5:00pm & Sunday, September 26 between 9:00am - 1:00pm.

Season dates: Tuesday 18 January - Saturday 22 January 2022
Show times will be 11:00am and 2:00pm each day, with the exception of Friday and Saturday which will be 2:00pm and 7:00pm. Please note these season dates are in the school holidays.

Rehearsals will take place during September, October and November on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday during the day. Cast will come back for a block rehearsal period on weekdays, beginning on January 5th, 10:00am to 3:00pm, until the season begins.

If you are 10-18 years old and would like to audition for Beauty and the Beast Jr, these are the things you will need:

- A solo song which you know off by heart, with a backing track which has no vocals on it. The track could be on a CD, your phone, or a USB stick.

- You can choose a song from the show or another, which shows off your voice.

- Have practiced a dialogue excerpt from the show for the character you wish to audition for - this will be on our website.

Ensemble members or minor roles: no dialogue required.

Note: All must attend Dance Auditions on Friday and book an individual audition time on Saturday or Sunday.
