Broadway artists Debbie Gravitte (Tony Award - Jerome Robbins' Broadway, Chicago), Christiane Noll (Tony Nominee - Ragtime, Original Broadway Cast - Jekyll & Hyde), LaKisha Jones (The Color Purple, American Idol finalist), Hugh Panaro (The Phantom of the Opera, Show Boat) and Doug LaBrecque (The Phantom of the Opera, Show Boat) will sing a benefit concert on Sunday, October 9 in Baton Rouge with all proceeds going to a disaster relief fund to aid those effected by the flood.

Producer John Such said that seeing the devastation and loss many of the residents of Baton Rouge have suffered, he knew that we had to do something to help. The singers volunteered their time immediately, as well as the members of the Baton Rouge Symphony, United Airlines, the venue, lights and sound engineers - everyone came together.

The concert, Broadway Sings For Baton Rouge, is Sunday, October 9, at 7:30 PM at the Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel & Casino, 103 France St, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Tickets are free and all donations are welcome.
