VACNJ Art Center presents An Evening Of Gin + Jazz

By:

VACNJ Art Center presents An Evening Of Gin + Jazz ImageOn Friday, October 20th, the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey held its fall fundraising event "Gin & Jazz" at the Art Center, in Summit. The sold-out affair saw the Art Center transformed into a prohibition-era speakeasy, complete with hidden doorways and a jazz trio. Specialty cocktails were provided by Gold Sponsors Hendrick's Gin and Summit House, who also catered and designed the event. A combination of ticket sales, raffle entries, and live auction items raised more than $18,000 to benefit outreach initiatives and enrichment programs for the underserved.

Bronze sponsors for the event included: Beth Gibson & Hally Toia of The Oldendorp Group, Keller Williams Premier Properties; and Claire Toth and David Dietze of Point View Wealth Management, Inc. The Event Committee included Kate Buchanan, Kelly Deere, Alison O'Neill, and Jesse Torrey. The following local businesses contributed to making the night a success:

· A to Zoom

· Baker Street Yoga

· Blow In Blow Out

· Bonnie's Blooms

· Daniel Cherry III & New Jersey Devils

· Faux Paws
