Skyline Theatre Company Presents BROADWAY IN BERGEN Gala And Fundraiser
Skyline Theatre Company, Bergen County's most established professional theatre company and in residence at the George Frey Center for Arts and Recreation in the Fair Lawn Community Center in Bergen County's Fair Lawn, holds its annual gala and fundraiser on Monday, April 11 at 7:00pm featuring an evening of performances from stars of current Broadway hit musicals.
Hosted by Artistic Director Sam Scalamoni and featuring Fair Lawn Mayor Kurt Peluso, the evening begins with a catered cocktail reception followed by special performances by Jersey Boys veteran performer Daniel Robert Sullivan and Skyline Theatre veteran performer Morgan Billings Smith. The special evening will also feature a Congressional Certificate of Recognition from the office of 5th Congressional District's Congressman Josh Gottheimer.
During the evening, Skyline will bestow several awards as well as its annual Harry K. Berkheiser Scholarship to a worthy Bergen County high school student pursuing an education in the arts.
The evening's musical entertainment will feature Jersey Boys veteran performer Daniel Robert Sullivan, who has performed more than 1000 times and on three continents as tough-guy Tommy DeVito in the hit Broadway musical Jersey Boys. Skyline Theatre veteran performer Morgan Billings Smith, who will once again star in the one-person production of Santaland Diaries this December on the Skyline Theatre Company stage.
