Skyline Theatre Company proudly announces their 10th Anniversary Season and second full season at the Fair Lawn Community Center at 10-10 20th Street in Fair Lawn. This season offers a sneak peek at an original musical, a holiday favorite with a twist, and a classic comedy!
Skyline kicks off their 10th season with a special New Jersey premiere concert of an original Broadway style musical Summer Stock! Saturday October 2nd at 7:30pm and Sunday October 3rd at 2pm. This adaptation is based on the blockbuster MGM musical classic featuring Judy Garland and Gene Kelly! Summer Stock includes the show stopping Harold Arlen hit "Get Happy" and a fresh new score from New York artists Thomas Tierney and Jeffrey Haddow. Come join us for a rare peak at a Broadway bound musical before it hits the boards, and meet the composer and authors following each performance! This is truly a musical for the whole family, so come and see us "put on a show" with Summer Stock, the "Get Happy" musical!Next is the new holiday tradition at Skyline, It's A Wonderful Life; A Live Radio Play for one performance only on Sunday, December 19th at 3pm. See Frank Capra's beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a 1940's radio broadcast, and brings the story of the idealistic George Bailey as he considers the value of his life one fateful Christmas Eve.
