Fair Lawn Recreation Departments resident theatre company, OLD LIBRARY THEATRE, announces performance dates for the musical The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas. The production, directed by Craig M. Tiede, musical Direction by Charles Santoro and Choreography by Oren Korenblum. Whorehouse is the final main stage production of the theatre's 2013 season.

Whorehouse is the true story of the Chicken Ranch, known since the 1850s as one of the better pleasure palaces in all of Texas. Politicians, athletes and maybe even a lawman or two were known to frequent Miss Mona's cozy bordello until television puritan Melvin Thorpe decided to focus his TV cameras and righteous indignation on the institution in a statewide effort to shut it down. It's a big comedy with an even bigger heart.

Performance dates are tonight, October 25, 26, 27, November 1, 2, 3. Friday & Saturday show times are 8:00pm, Sundays at 2:00pm. All performances are general admission, $20.00 with senior, student & group discounts available. Full information on discounts and ticketing can be found at our web site or by calling the theatre.
