NJPAC Celebrates Valentine's Day with Patti Labelle and Freddie Jackson

New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) welcomes the extraordinarily talented, Grammy Award-winning singer, Patti LaBelle and special guest Freddie Jackson in concert celebrating Valentine's Day on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 8:00 p.m.

Legendary Rhythm and Blues singer Patti LaBelle came of age when the term "diva" wasn't used loosely - as a tireless performer and industry veteran, she earned her diva distinction with hard work and pure, raw talent, fiery live performances and sassy wit. An unparalleled force in the entertainment industry, LaBelle's name has become synonymous with grace, style, and class. Her effortless ability to belt out classic rhythm and blues renditions, pop standards, and spiritual sonnets has created the unique platform of versatility for which she is celebrated.

Patti LaBelle created her first hit in 1962 as the lead singer of The Bluebells, before going on to receive worldwide acclaim with the trailblazing, genre-bending all-female trio, LaBelle.
