Due to popular demand and great ticket sales, McCarter Theatre Center has added a performance of its acclaimed production of George Bernard Shaw's Mrs. Warren's Profession on Sunday, February 15 at 7:30 p.m. Staged by McCarter Artistic Director Emily Mann, the cast features Suzanne Bertish in the title role, along with Robin Chadwick, Edward Hibbert, Madeleine Hutchins, Michael Izquierdo, and Rocco Sisto.

In the witty and provocative Mrs. Warren's Profession, George Bernard Shaw tests the bonds between a mother and daughter in a battle of sex, money and morality. Determined to have a comfortable life, Mrs. Warren refuses to take the dangerous, menial and underpaid jobs available to women of the 19th century. Instead, she finds a more lucrative way to earn a living and support her daughter, Vivie. Now finishing school and poised to enter the working world herself, Vivie discovers her mother's long-hidden secret, and the results are explosive. Surprising and smart, this classic, which scandalized audiences over a hundred years ago, is still shockingly relevant.

Tickets range from $15 to $42. For tickets to Mrs. Warren's Profession, call 609-258-2787, visit www.mccarter.org (order on-line and save!) or visit the McCarter Theatre Ticket Office in person at 91 University Place, Princeton, NJ, 08540.
