Harrah's Resort Atlantic City will officially open two new restaurants this week: Luke Palladino at Harrah's Resort opened on Tuesday, May 24th and Dos Caminos debuts tonight, Wednesday, May 25th.
Luke Palladino at Harrah's Resort is a seasonally-driven Italian-inspired restaurant offering savory Italian dishes using fresh, locally-sourced produce and sought-after gourmet ingredients from native Italian regions. Executive chef Luke Palladino will be making his return to the Atlantic City culinary scene with this highly anticipated new venture. Luke Palladino at Harrah's Resort will be open Monday through Wednesday, 5pm-9pm, Friday 5pm-10pm, and Saturday through Sunday 5pm-11pm. Executive chefs Ivy Stark and Scott Linquist will serve top quality, authentic Mexican delights including signature dishes like tacos, ceviche, and guacamole.
