Hank Hsueh And Moe Izumi Join The Roxey Ballet Company

By:

Roxey Ballet has announced that artist Hank Hsueh and Moe Izumi will be joining the ballet as company dancers.

"It is with great pleasure to announce that Hank Hsueh and Moe Izumi will dance with Roxey Ballet," says Mark Roxey, artistic director of the acclaimed company. "They are both strong, unique dancers who bring passion and energy to our stage. I look forward to our audiences enjoying their talents."

Hank and Moe both come from the Gelsey Kirkland Ballet where over the last two years they have proven to be extremely dedicated and hard workers, accepting all challenges and surpassing the expectations. Hanks strengths as a character dancer are the most prominent as well as his classical technique. Moe has performed soloist and principal roles and has proven herself to show strength as well as an artistic nature. They performed together in Pas d'Esclave pas de deux from Le Corsaire, as well as various roles in the Nutcracker.

"I am looking forward to working with the other company dancers and my debut in Dracula," said Moe Izumi. This will be her first-time dancing in this production and her first-time dancing in the Roxey Ballet Company of professional dancers. Hank will be taking part not only in Dracula, just in time for the Halloween Season, but also in our Educational Assemblies Programs, Celebrating Diversity. The performance of Dracula will take place at The Canal Studio Theater from October 19th-28th, 243 North Union Street Lambertville, NJ.

Hank Hsueh and Moe Izumi will be joined by returning Roxey Ballet Company dancers Kaito Yamomoto, Asusa Okamoto, Nerea Barrondo, Tuiana Balzhiera, Cydney Bronstein, Chanmee Jeong, Brandon McGuirk, Christina Holl and Frederick Ocansey.
