BergenPAC presents Christopher Cross - Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 8 PM. Tickets available at 11 a.m. at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling bergenPAC's Box Office at 201.227.1030.

Christopher Cross

Christopher Cross made history with his 1980 self-titled debut album, winning five Grammy Awards, including - for the first time ever - the four most prestigious awards: Record of the Year (for "Sailing"), Album of the Year, Song of the Year (also for "Sailing") and Best New Artist.

His second album, "Another Page," came out in 1983 and then he produced some of his most critically acclaimed work in the 1990s. Since then the classic rock icon has shown up in surprising places, like the sitcom 30 Rock and his song "Ride Like The Wind" was featured in Will Ferrel's Anchorman sequel.

Now, 30-plus years after his emergence, Cross continues his recording and performing career with his most recent album, Secret Ladder, which evokes the artistry of great singer-songwriters like Joni Mitchell and Randy Newman, while addressing contemporary concerns head-on.

Tickets available at: www.ticketmaster.com or Box Office (201) 227-1030.
