Aspire PAC Presents THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE ImageAspire Performing Arts Company is taking it back to the 1920's jazz era with its upcoming production of the Thoroughly Modern Millie, kicking up its heels from July 20-22 at the Barn Theatre in Montville, NJ.

Winner of six Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie was the 2002 season's most awarded new show on Broadway. Set in the height of the Jazz Age in New York City, when "moderns" - including a young flapper named Millie Dillmount - were bobbing their hair, raising their hemlines, and rewriting the rules of love. This high-spirited musical romp is a delightful valentine to the long-standing spirit of New York City and the people who seek to discover themselves there.

Aspire PAC's production of Thoroughly Modern Millie is directed by Aspire PAC Artistic Director, Lisa Beth Vettoso, and features musical direction by Charles Linnell and choreography by Jaimie Michelle Bass. Cheryl Wilbur serves as Production Manager and Robert Scharf is the Stage Manager.

Performances will take place on Friday, July 20 at 8:00pm, Saturday, July 21 at 3:00pm and 8:00pm, and Sunday, July 22 at 3:00pm at the Barn Theatre, located at 32 Skyline Drive in Montville, NJ.
