The Metropolitan Opera offers a rare opportunity to witness Hector Berlioz's vast epic opera, last performed at the Met in 2003. Les Troyens will be simulcast live on the Peterborough Players big screen on Saturday, January 5, 2013, at noon. This is the 7th production in The Met: Live in HD's 2012-13 season. Tickets are $25 for adults and
$20 for students.

Deborah Voigt, Susan Graham, DWayne Croft, and Bryan Hymel (in his Met debut) lead the starry cast, portraying characters from the Trojan War. Met Principal Conductor Fabio Luisi marshals the large-scale musical forces.

Delicious savory and sweet "Opera Bites" from Sunflowers Restaurant and Catering are available pre-show and during intermissions.
