The Peterborough Players' final show of the 2012 season, Janie Condon: Raw & Unchained!, stars comedian Jane Condon and runs for six performances from tonight, September 19 – 23.

Condon's autobiographical play is a hilarious and moving account of how a girl with working class roots became a Greenwich, CT, housewife and an award-winning comedian. Through the highs (winning Audience Favorite-NY on NBC's Last Comic Standing) and the lows (her brother's mental illness), her message is universal-live life to the fullest, follow your dreams, and don't be afraid to laugh at yourself once in a while.

Performances are Wednesday-Friday at 8 pm, Saturday at 2 and 8 pm, and Sunday at 4 pm. Tickets are $37, and $39 on Saturday night. Tickets for Saturday night's performance are $25 for patrons 35 years and younger. The show is rated PG.

For tickets, contact the box office at (603) 924-7585 or online at www.PeterboroughPlayers.org. The Petersborough Playhouse is located at 55 Hadley Rd., Peterborough, NY 03458. The theatre is air-conditioned, handicapped accessible, and equipped with a hearing assistance system.
