New Hampshire Theatre Project Announces Registration for 2009 Fall Classes

Classes at New Hampshire Theatre Project begin on September 14, 2009. The fall session includes Creative Drama for ages 5-7 and Youth Acting Technique for ages 8-14.

Creative Drama (ages 5-7) Through dramatic play, story theatre and creative movement, this class teaches younger children self-expression and social skills while introducing them to theatre and the basics of acting. Creative Drama runs from September 16 through November 4, closing with an informance for parents and friends and is held on Wednesdays from 3:45-4:45pm.

Youth Acting Technique (ages 8-14) This class focuses on acting technique, physical & vocal skills, script interpretation, character analysis and theatre protocol. Participants work on scenes and monologues appropriate to their age and experience. Youth Acting Technique runs from September 14 through November 2, closing with an informance for parents and friends and is held on Mondays from 4-5pm.
