Enjoy an evening of pure musical entertainment with the man who has been dubbed, "The Ambassador of America's Songbook," when Michael Feinstein comes to Concord's Capitol Center on Friday, November 21, at 7:30pm. As a performer, Michael Feinstein is simply unsurpassed, with multi-platinum selling albums, five Grammy nominations, and two Emmy nominations.

Feinstein has received national recognition for his commitment to celebrating America's popular song and preserving its legacy. In 2007, he founded the Michael Feinstein Great American Songbook Initiative, dedicated to celebrating the art form and preserving it through education programs, Master Classes and the annual High School Vocal Academy and Competition, which awards scholarships to students across the country. Feinstein also serves on the Library of Congress' National Recording Preservation Board, which is dedicated to ensuring the survival, conservation and increased public availability of America's sound recording heritage.

Expect a joyful, captivating evening listening to Michael Feinstein's self-composed and arranged original music & a few holiday classics, along with his critically acclaimed interpretations of legends such as Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, Johnny Mercer, Duke Ellington and Harry Warren.
