JOAT Festival International de Street Dance 2025 at Place des Arts

The JOAT Festival International de Street Dance is set to energize the Quartier des Spectacles from August 26 to September 1, 2025. Under the artistic direction of Handy Yacinthe, the festival will feature thrilling battles in Breaking, Hip Hop, and Popping, along with workshops, exhibitions, and a special focus on emerging young talent through the JOAT KidzBattle. Notable guests include Canadian gold medalist Phil Wizard and DJ FLEG, who will judge the competitions, while over 250 dancers are anticipated to participate. Attendees can also engage in free workshops and explore an exhibition by photographer Do Phan Hoi, enhancing the cultural experience of street dance.
