Montreal English Theatre Awards (META) Nominees Announced

By: Sep. 16, 2015
The Montreal English Theatre Awards, or METAs, were established in 2012 as a response to the need for the Montreal English Theatre community to promote and encourage their visibility and successes provincially, nationally and internationally. These peer-juried awards celebrate the artistic work that is outstanding in Montreal English Theatre, promote professional and emerging English theatre artists & companies and facilitate a level of critical discourse.

The METAs are managed by a volunteer Committee (METAC) which consists of active members of the theatre community from various disciplines who are committed to guiding the development of this initiative and ensuring its integrity as a project "by the community and for the community".
