Opera Montana presents a Page to Stage preview of A River Runs Through It, a new operatic adaptation of Norman Maclean's semi-autobiographical novella about his relationship with his brother Paul and their upbringing in an early 20th century Montana family. The preview combines musical selections from the opera with iconic literary passages that inspired it. Author and environmental activist Rick Bass will be the featured reader, and the event will be followed by live music from Stephanie Quayle, and Emma and the Ledge.
