Nichole Carey is a Twin Cities–based performer, writer, and producer best known for creating and starring in A Very Carey Christmas Cabaret, an annual sold-out tradition at the Bryant Lake Bowl since 2018. Her work blends humor, heart, and a touch of mischief, with performances spanning Minneapolis, Saint Paul, New York, and Chicago. She is the founder of Nichole Carey & Company and co-founder of Alchemy Arts with her spouse and collaborator, award-winning dancer and 2025 McKnight Fellow, Andrew Lester.
