Tickets On Sale Now for the Guthrie's 6/23 Costume Ball
The Guthrie Theater's Level Four Lobby will be home to the Midsummer Mischief Dance Partyon Saturday, June 23, 2012, from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. as part of the Guthrie Theater Costume Ball. The public (ages 18+) is invited to dress creatively-from Hamlet to Elvis, from Hedda Gabler to The Hunger Games-and enjoy an evening of music and enchantment at this red carpet event.
Tickets to the Midsummer Mischief Dance Party are $10 in advance ($15 at the door) and are now on sale through the Guthrie Theater Box Office at 612.377.2224 or by visiting guthrietheater.org/costumeball.
In addition to the dance party, there will be a cocktail party with live music, a silent auction and photo booth from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and a choice of three unique dining options on the Wurtele Thrust Stage, in Sea Change and the Level Five Café. This year's musical guests at the Dance Party include Dr. Mambo's Combo and Transmission's DJ Jake Rudh. Drinks and food will be available for purchase.
