The BIG LOWDOWN opens on Wednesday, August 24! Presented by Bedlam Lowertown, in collaboration with Dangerous Productions and Live Action Set.

This roving, interactive adventure puts audiences in the shoes of newly arriving immigrants to the fictional land of Upportornia. Based on real-life stories, created by and performed with a team of immigrant-artists, this one-of-a-kind performance will celebrate the resilience of immigrants and refugees who have found a new home in Minnesota.

This funny, poetic, bizarre, and family-friendly interactive performance will roam through the nooks and crannies of Bedlam and the Lowertown neighborhood. Each evening ends with a celebration, featuring dancing and music with some of the Twin Cities hottest cultural performance groups.

Featured performers: Kyle Legacion, Marcos Lopez, Dario Tangelson, July Vang, Rebecca Edgington, Mohammed Yabdri, Noah Bremer, and Joanna Harmon
