Stages Theatre Co Presents CLICK, CLACK, MOO 4/16 At The Hopkins Center
Stages Theatre Company (STC) opens "Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type" April 16 at the Hopkins Center for the Arts. Based on the book by Doreen Cronin, this world premiere production brings a family together on stage and behind the scenes.
Actor Bruce Rowan has been with STC for more than 18 years, but "Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type" is the first time he has had the opportunity to work alongside his two children, actor Nathan Rowan and composer Jake Rowan, as adults. "Nothing could have prepared me for the excitement and pride I feel with this production. I enjoyed their individual talents as children. I'm in awe of them now," says Bruce Rowan.
Both Jake and Nathan Rowan are alumni of STC and previously performed in productions growing up. "At Stages Theatre Company, working with others to create a performance-ready product has definitely made me a good collaborator," said Nathan. "Some of my favorite seasons were those followed by summer theater workshops."
"Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type" runs April 16 through the May 1. To purchase tickets, please visit www.stagestheatre.org for performance dates and times, or call the box office at (952) 979-1111, Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for children (ages 5 to 17) and seniors (60+).
