Celebrate St. Paul Runs Through October

Celebrate St. Paul! The SPFA represents: Cinco De Mayo Fiesta, Flint Hills International Children's Festival, Grand Old Day, Saint Paul Sommerfest, Dragon Festival, Highland Fest™, Rice Street Festival, Irish Fair of Minnesota, Rheinfest on the Mississippi, Winter Carnival, PABA Fest, St. Paul Oktoberfest, Rondo Days and the White Bear Avenue Parade. These festivals bring nearly 1 million attendees to the St. Paul/East Metro area each year, and proceeds from these St. Paul Festivals are reinvested in the community.
