Cast Announced For CHARLOTTE'S WEB at Stages Theatre Company

Stages Theatre Company (STC) will launch its Most Magnificent Season of Theatre for Young Audiences with the literary classic, E.B. White's Charlotte's Web, dramatized by Joseph Robinette. The tale, filled with heart, hardship and imagination, centers around the unlikely connection formed between Wilbur, an irresistible pig, and Charlotte, a witty and resourceful spider. The heartwarming children's story about friendship, directed by Jeannine Coulombe, comes alive on our mainstage September 21st and will run through October 21st, 2018.

The production will run approximately 60 minutes with no intermission and is recommended for all ages. Tickets are on sale now! Visit www.stagestheatre.org for specific performance dates and times or call the Box Office Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6 pm at (952) 979-1111, option 4. Tickets are $16 for adults; $14 for seniors, ages 60+ and children.

Charlotte's Web offers an inspiring reminder that true friends can come in all shapes and sizes, and live in our hearts forever. When Wilbur learns of some unsettling plans for his future, Charlotte takes it upon herself and her trusty web to save him. "Charlotte's Web is the quintessential tale of an unlikely friendship", said Coulombe. "Although it is a story between a pig and a spider it connects us to our basic humanity. It is the people in our lives, those that we love, that make life worth living. It isn't just what friends do for us but also what we do for our friends that is important."
