Tickets for RENT 20th Anniversary Tour at Marcus Center On Sale 7/28

The producers of the RENT 20th Anniversary Tour have announced today that single tickets for the upcoming tour engagement in Milwaukee will go on sale Friday, July 28 at 10:00 am. Tickets will be available at the Marcus Center box office (929 North Water St., Downtown Milwaukee), all Ticketmaster outlets, by visiting MarcusCenter.org, or by calling 414-273-7206. Group orders of 10 or more may be placed by calling 414-273-7121 x210 or x213. This tour comes to Milwaukee as part of the Associated Bank Broadway at the Marcus Center and Broadway Across America-Milwaukee series.

The show received its world premiere off-Broadway at New York Theatre Workshop on February 13, 1996 to ecstatic reviews and transferred to Broadway on April 29, 1996. RENT is winner of the 1996 Tony Award for Best Musical as well as the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. It is one of only five musicals to win both awards.

The RENT 20th Anniversary Tour is produced by Work Light Productions, whose other touring productions include Cinderella, MAMMA MIA!, Irving Berlin's White Christmas, Vocalosity, and Crazy For You.
