Photo Flash: First Look at Zonya Love in THE DEVIL'S MUSIC, Opening Tonight at Milwaukee Rep

Milwaukee Repertory Theater presents THE DEVIL'S MUSIC: THE LIFE AND BLUES OF BESSIE SMITH. Sining a score of recognizable hits, the legendary Blues performer comes to life in the Stackner Cabaret from tonight, January 22, through March 20, 2016. Now in his fifth season with The Rep, Artistic Associate JC Clementz directs the incomparable Zonya Love as the boisterous and bawdy Bessie Smith. Join "The Empress of Blues" for an after-hours show as she recounts a life as compelling and outrageous as her talent. Joseph Jefferson Award winner DeMone makes his Milwaukee Rep debut as Pickle.

The creative team for THE DEVIL'S MUSIC includes: JC Clementz (director); Joe C. Klug (scenic designer); Jason Orlenko (costume designer); Aimee Hanyzewski (lighting designer); Christian Gero (sound designer); James Zager (stage movement director); Jill Walmsley Zager (dialect coach); and Anne M.
