Hornsaplenty Celebrates The Holiday With A Free Concert At The Marcus Center

The Marcus Center is excited to present a free holiday brass concert as a gift to the community on Wednesday, December 2 at 7 pm. Hornsaplenty and guests will be performing as part of the Marcus Center's 40th Anniversary year long celebration.

Hornsaplenty is a brass group from Appleton, Wisconsin and is made up of Wisconsin musicians. The group is working towards setting a record for the Guiness Book of Records by attracting a 100 brass players to one stage. This unique event will create holiday fun with classic songs in Uihlein Hall.

Besides Hornsaplenty players, MSO horns will be performing their own arrangement of holiday music along with Hornucopia of Milwaukee playing their own holiday selection. Hornsaplenty will be conducted by Brian Groner, Matt di Pietro and Don Krause. A master class will be held with Cynthia Carr at 4:00 pm in the Marcus Center's RehearsAl Hall on December 2 and also a free event.

Hornsaplenty is on Wednesday, December 2 at 7pm. Doors open at 6:45 pm and tickets are not necessary.
