While theater might be my first love, food, well good food, is a close second. Since Milwaukee is full of one of a kind restaurant's, it seemed fitting to pair some of Milwaukee's theatrical events with the one of a kind dining.

Show-Lord of the Dance- Created by Michael Flatley- The Milwaukee Theater is excited to announce that on March 1st, this famous dance troupe will be traveling to Milwaukee to share their Celtic music and dance. For tickets and more information, click here.

Dinner- Milwaukee has many different great Irish pubs and restaurants. One of the most popular (and relatively close to the theater) is Brocach. Located 1850 Water Street, Brocach is known for their Irish inspired brunch menu and great drink selection. Call (414) 431-9009 for reservations and more information.

Show- Pinkalicious- Pinkalicious tells the story of a young girl who eats too many pink cupcakes and turns herself pink. Luckily, her brother teaches her about the importance green foods. Find tickets and more information here.

Dinner- Love cupcakes? Love kid and parent friendly food? Travel to Bayview for Honey Pie Café. Their menu Their menu includes favorites such as DLT (Duck, lettuce and tomatoes) and Wisconsin sourced burgers. Or follow them on twitter to see what flavors they have that day. Call (414) 489-PIES for more information and reservations.

More theater and restaurant pairings to come. Know a great show coming to Milwaukee? Tweet @campanacaroline and I will find the perfect pairing!
