World Ballet Company Presents: The Nutcracker comes to Cobb Great Hall at Wharton Center on December 16 and 17, 2026. The production follows Marie on a Christmas Eve journey as her Nutcracker comes to life, leading her through a dreamworld of swirling snowflakes, battling mice, and the Kingdom of Sweets. The production features a live orchestra, 40 dancers, over 150 hand-sewn costumes, and hand-crafted sets. Based in Los Angeles and led by Sasha Gorskaya and Gulya Hartwick, World Ballet Company has performed in more than 300 cities for over 500,000 audience members.
