Farmers Alley Theatre will present the Kalamazoo premiere of Ride the Cyclone, a contemporary dark-comedy musical by Jacob Richmond and Brooke Maxwell. The story follows six teenagers from a Canadian chamber choir who find themselves in a limbo-like state after a roller coaster accident, competing for the chance to return to life. The production is directed and choreographed by Leonard E. Sullivan, featuring a cast that includes Jason Mulay Koch, Braeden Davis, and Emery Henderson, among others. This 90-minute musical blends various musical styles and offers a poignant examination of life and mortality, enhanced by its unique and eccentric storytelling.
