Comedian Paula Poundstone returns to Wharton Center for a stand-up performance on Friday, October 2, 2026. Known for her smart observational humor and spontaneous wit, Poundstone regularly performs at theatres across the country and hosts the weekly comedy podcast Nobody Listens to Paula Poundstone. She is a regular panelist on NPR's Wait, Wait...Don't Tell Me and voiced the character Forgetter Paula in the feature films Inside Out and Inside Out 2. She has starred in several HBO specials, including Cats, Cops and Stuff, which won a cable ACE award for Best Comedy Special.
