Meet Seymour, a floral assistant with big dreams who discovers a peculiar plant he names "Audrey II." This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises fame and fortune in exchange for... BLOOD. As Seymour becomes entangled in a web of dark desires, he uncovers Audrey II's sinister origins and its plan for world domination. With a doo-wop score that’ll have you humming and a plot that spirals into outrageous hilarity, this cult classic proves that when you mix ambition with a plant that sings and eats people, the results are absolutely to die for!
Tibbits Opera House is partnering with the Coldwater Community Center to offer a pre-show dinner for the July 19th performance. Join your friends for dinner (alcoholic beverages included) and dessert at 5:30pm at the Coldwater Community Center, decorated according to the theme of the play, and then group seating at the theatre.
