Crazy for You at The Encore Musical Theatre Company

The Encore Musical Theatre Company proudly presents Crazy for You, running June 20th through August 11th, 2019. Crazy for You is directed by Daniel C. Cooney, choreographed by Matthew Brennan, and music directed by Tyler Driskill.Crazy for You is a musical with music by George Gershwin, lyrics by Ira Gershwin, and book by Ken Ludwig. A zany rich-boy-meets-hometown-girl romantic comedy, Crazy for You tells the story of young New York banker Bobby, who is sent to Nevada to foreclose on a theatre. In Deadrock, Bobby falls for spunky Polly, the theatre owners daughter. But Polly takes an instant dislike to the city slicker, so Bobby vows - through razzmatazz and a hilarious case of mistaken identity - to win Pollys heart and save the theatre.
