Three Days Grace & Breaking Benjamin to play Joe Louis Arena 1/16

Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin announces co-headlining tour with special guest Flyleaf to Detroit's Joe Louis Arena on Saturday, Jan. 16 at 7:00 p.m.

Three Days Grace (Adam Gontier, vocals/guitar; Neil Sanderson, drums/piano; Brad Walst, bass; and Barry Stock, lead guitar) most recent release Life Starts Now debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 charts making it the highest debut ever for the band. "Break" the first single from Life Starts Now has reached #1 on the Active Rock BDS Charts and Top 5 at Mainstream Rock.

Their first album, the self titled Three Days Grace, was released in 2003. The album generated three hit singles, "I Hate Everything About You", "Just Like You", and "Home".

Breaking Benjamin (Ben Burnley, vocals/guitar; Aaron Fink, guitar; Mark James, bass; Chad Szeliga, drums) is currently on the road in support of their highly-successful 4th album release Dear Agony, which debuted # 4 Billboard's Top 200, #1 on the iTunes album chart and spawned a #1 rock radio hit with their first single "I Will Not Bow".

Back by popular demand, the first pairing of Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace in 2007 resulted in sell-out shows and was a massive hit with fans. "I'm looking forward to touring with the Three Days Grace guys again," said lead singer Ben Burnley "this is going to be a kick ass night of music for the fans." Breaking Benjamin are well-known for their relentless touring and diehard fans both which helped 2004's Phobia and 2006's We Are Not Alone hit platinum status, selling over a million copies each.
