The Williamston Theatre will hold the Third Annual Season Launch Party 9/19
The Williamston Theatre will hold the Third Annual Season Launch Party on Saturday, September 19, 2009 from 5:30pm - 8:00 p.m. at the Living Arts Dance Studio in Keller's Plaza in downtown Williamston.
The event, the Theatre's annual major fundraiser, will feature food and beverages from Merindorf Meats, the Red Cedar Grill, Burgdorf's Winery, CB's Bucket Bar & Grill, Gracie's Place, D&W Fresh Market, the Brookshire Inn and Golf Club, the Michigan Culinary Experience and the RiverHouse Inn. Entertainment at the event will include the Subscribers' Choice Awards, recognizing the best actors, directors and designers in the 2008-2009 Season as well as a Sneak Preview of scenes from the upcoming 2009-2010 Season.
Tickets are $50 per person and may be purchased by calling the Williamston Theatre at (517) 655-7469 or by stopping by the theatre at 122 South Putnam Street in downtown Williamston. All proceeds from the event will support the programming in the 2009-2010 Season.
The Williamston Theatre is mid-Michigan's newest professional live theatre and the recipient of the 2008 Robert Busby Award for extraordinary contributions to theatre in the Greater Lansing Area. The Theatre will begin its fourth season with the romantic comedy An Infinite Ache on October 1, 2009. Subscriptions for the season are now available for purchase.
