The Social Connection Hosts TENTH-ANNUAL RESOLUTION BALL

For the tenth-consecutive year, The Social Connection announces The Resolution Ball, the organization's largest and longest-running New Year's celebration, which is designed for the most the metro-area's most exclusive partygoers. The Resolution Ball will take place at 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, 2010 at the historic Fillmore Theatre in Detroit.
"The Social Connection is thrilled to announce the tenth anniversary of our biggest New Year's Eve celebration, The Resolution Ball," says Regina Stocco, president and CEO of The Social Connection. "We sell out every year, but this year's party for 1,600 is sure to sell out fast!" explains Stocco. "We set out to host Detroit's most high-energy and stimulating party experience for our vibrant, young professionals and we think we've accomplished this with 10 years of perfecting the event. We've thought of everything by providing a gorgeous, hip location, wild entertainment and the best food and drinks anywhere," says Stocco. "We've also made sure to have plenty of tables and seating and no waiting at bars. This party is top-notch fun. Guests just need to buy a ticket and come dressed to impress," she adds. The Resolution Ball is the best New Year's Eve option for those who want an exhilarating New Year's Eve experience. The price of admission for all guests will include access to nine bars and the Midnight Blowout, which features a Korbel countdown champagne toast, party favors and balloon drop, confetti storm, and live-feed broadcast on six huge screens of the ball drop from Times Square. After the clock strikes 12:00 a.m., guests may indulge in a midnight buffet, including pizza, sliders, Coney's, as well as, coffee service and gourmet chocolates.Videos
