The Mall at Partridge Creek Announces Rojo Mexican Bistro

Rojo Mexican Bistro, with its contemporary approach to Mexican food and drink, opened this week in Clinton Township's outdoor regional shopping center, The Mall at Partridge Creek. Founded and operated by Andiamo Restaurant Group, Rojo Mexican Bistro emphasizes freshness and customization throughout its menu of Rojo Signature and Classic Mexican dishes.

Co founded in 2008 by restaurant professionals Joe Vicari and Dan Linnen, Rojo Mexican Bistro operates as part of the Andiamo Restaurant Group.
