Steely Dan Brings 'Rent Party '09 Tour' To Sound Board At Motor City Hotel 9/5
MotorCity Casino Hotel is proud to announce Steely Dan "Rent Party ‘09 Tour", at Sound Board on Saturday, September 5th at 8:00pm.
Steely Dan is a jazz-rock band centered on core members Walter Becker and Donald Fagen. The band reached a peak of popularity in the late 1970's, with the release of seven albums blending jazz, rock, funk, R&B, and pop. Steely Dan won a total of four Grammys, including awards for best engineered album and pop performance by a duo or group with vocal. They have sold more than 30 million albums worldwide. In March 19, 2001 Steely Dan was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
SOUND BOARD, an intimate live performance venue is located at MotorCity Casino Hotel. The venue features four bars and several private suites that are available to create an unforgettable live entertainment event. Complimentary valet and convenient self parking is also available.
