Forming an Ozzy tribute means going all in; there is no halfway if you want to pay proper homage to The Prince of Darkness. To Boyd Quinton, the Ozzy of CrazyBabies, the role is a natural fit since Quinton has shown audiences he is a bona fide showman and relishes playing Ozzy.
When Quinton met classicly-trained guitarist Jason Culhane at an open mic night a few years back, the two played some songs together and realized there was synergy there. Flash forward to Quinton covering "Crazy Train", and everyone knew, these two simply had to produce a kick-ass Ozzy and Black Sabbath tribute. Crazy Babies was born, and since have wowed crowds with their intense live shows, leaving fans feeling like this is something even a step past a tribute. Simon Schweppe, a fan of the band, may have hit the right note when he claimed, "I would classify this more of a Reincarnation band."
The visual experience can be mindblowing for fans seeing them for the first time, that's how exact the band looks on stage. Quinton becomes Ozzy, and Culhane strikes the perfect look to conjure Zakk Wylde and Randy Rhoades.
