MotorCity Casino Hotel to Host 2011 Motor City Battle of the Bands, 2/10
MotorCity Casino Hotel is proud to host the "2011 Motor City Battle of the Bands," sponsored by Metro Times at Sound Board on Thursday, February 10 at 7:00pm.
This event was created to support local music and to provide unsigned bands exposure to new audiences. There are over $6,500 in cash prizes, with the winning band receiving an opportunity to open for a national act on the Sound Board stage. The top seven bands, selected by voting at http://metrotimes.com, will perform live at Sound Board to determine a winner.
The event is open to the public at no charge. Attendees must be at least 21 years old, performers at least 18 years old. For additional information or to register your band, please visit http://metrotimes.com.
