MotorCity Casino Hotel Announces B.B. King with Special Guest Lukas Nelson & The Promise of the Real At Sound Board 10/10

MotorCity Casino Hotel is proud to announce that B.B. King and special guest Lukas Nelson & The Promise of the Real will perform at Sound Board on Saturday, October 10 at 8:00pm.

For more than half a century, B.B. King has defined the blues for a worldwide audience. Over the years, he has developed one of the world's most identifiable guitar styles. Mr. King has won 15 Grammy Awards, including a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. In 1987 he was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Rolling Stone magazine ranked him at #3 on its list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time.

Special guest Lukas Nelson & The Promise of the Real continue to impress audiences with strong blues-based rock. Band members include Lukas Nelson on guitar and local vocals, Anthony Logerfo on drums and background vocals, Tato Melgar on percussion and J.P. Maramba on bass guitar.
