Matrix Teens to Celebrate 25th Anniversary with Playwriting Retrospective
"Themes from the works we have selected still have relevance today," said Matrix Director of Education, Amy Thomas. "They address issues like domestic violence, equity in education, immigration, peer acceptance, and the AIDS epidemic. We are very proud of the fact that we have so much great work to choose from." The selected works are Beyond Violence, House on Mango Street, Jesus in the Hood, Where is the Love?, Caution, Vanished, Southwest Story, The Skin I'm In, and Are You Passing?
