Go Comedy! Improv Theater Presents DOUCHE DOUCHE BHANG BHANG Beginning 8/13

Go Comedy! Improv Theater is set to premiere its fifth original comedy, Douche Douche Bhang Bhang, Thursday August 13th at 9pm. DDBB joins Travel Earth Timeshares at 8pm, Silent at 9:30pm, and Matt Naas & the Sing-A-Long Singers at 10pm. From running a yoga studio to a string of endless crushes, Rain (Tommy Simon, Detroit) finds himself slipping into tirades of hilarious proportions. Written and directed by Go Comedy! resident member Lauren Bickers (Ferndale) with assistance by Sean McGettigan (Dearborn), DDBB features Go Comedy! members Dyan Bailey (Ferndale), Peter Jacokes (Ferndale), and Jeff Mansk (St. Clair Shores) with Pj Jacokes (Ferndale) as Stage Manager. DDBB runs Thursday nights at 9pm through September 10.Travel Earth Timeshares, written and performed by Go Comedy! resident company member Garrett Fuller, and Jeremy Conn and (both of Garden City) opens Thursday nights at 8:00pm. The one-act play follows Dale Thompson and Russ Brandis who are best friends and sales partners. Their jobs and their friendship are put to the test when their employer, Travel Earth Timeshares, starts to feel the effects of the failing economy.
