Fun, Food And Frivolity At The Red Cedar Grill To Benefit The Williamston Theatre On 10/13
By: Reynard Loki
On Tuesday, October 13 the Red Cedar Grill will hold a special event to benefit the Williamston Theatre. During the evening, customers will be treated to the talents of local singer/songwriter Ed Groves as well as a host of acts performed by regular actors on the Williamston Theatre stage. WMMQ's Deb Hart will be the Celebrity Host of the event. The restaurant will donate 20% of all proceeds for the evening to the Williamston Theatre, mid-Michigan's newest professional, not-for-profit, live theatre.
"This event is a unique example of businesses working together during a challenging economic time," said Emily Sutton-Smith, the Theatre's Development Director. "When the Red Cedar Grill approached me and said that they wanted to do something to support us, I was thrilled. And we came up with what we hope will be a really fun, and yes frivolous, night!"
