Returning to Detroit, "The Scream Tour: Next Generation" will take center stage at the Fox Theatre on Sunday, October 30 at 6 p.m. This year's line-up will include Mindless Behavior and Diggy, son of hip-hop icon Rev Run of RUN DMC, with special guest The New Boyz. It will also feature Jacob Latimore, the new R&B quartet Hamilton Park and introduce to the world the winners of the 2010-2011 "R U The Next Scream Star?" nationwide contest--The OMG Girlz.

In the spirit of continuing the rich tradition and legacy created a decade ago, "The Scream Tour" is going back to its roots by-introducing the next generation of artists to the masses. This year's "The Scream Tour" is aptly titled-"Scream Tour: The Next Generation (NXG)". The Scream Tour: NXG" is presented by Scream Star Entertainment and AEG Live.

"For this year's "The Scream Tour: NXG", the fans can expect action-packed performances and interactive presentations," said Michael Mauldin, SCREAM TOUR producer and creator. "We plan to activate your mind, your voice and the rhythm in your body with three hours of non-stop excitement."

"The Scream Tour" has been a platform for many young artists, including Bow Wow, Ne-Yo, T.I. and Chris Brown.
