The concert takes place at 8 PM at Schaver Music Recital Hall located at 480 W. Hancock in Detroit, on the Wayne State University Campus. Tickets priced at $45 for premium tickets, $30 for adults, $25 for seniors and $10 for students are available by phone at 313-335-3300 or online at www.CMSDetroit.org.

Students may also purchase rush tickets for only $5 beginning 15 minutes before the start of the concert.

The concert begins with a performance of Bartok's Sonata for Piano performed by Kazimierz Brzozowsky and continues with the Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion. Joining the Mack Sisters are two of the Detroit area's premier percussionists, Keith Claeys and John Dorsey.

Audience members will experience the performance in the CMSD's innovative "InDepth" format featuring a spoken introduction to the works on the program, and then following the performances, a moderated post-concert discussion giving audience members and opportunity to engage with the artists.
