Bay City Players Presents Fundraising Weekend of A TUNA CHRISTMAS

Bay City Players will present a special fund raising weekend of A TUNA CHRISTMAS, December 4-6, 2015. Performances are 8:00 PM Friday; 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Saturday; and 3:00 PM Sunday at the Bay City Players, 1214 Columbus Avenue, in Bay City.

In A TUNA CHRISTMAS, we rejoin the denizens of Tuna, Texas for the second in the Tuna Series. Our favorites from Greater Tuna are back, along with some new personalities in the zoo. Larry and Kurt portray 10 characters each in this madcap romp. Arles and Thurston once again have their eyes and ears on all civic proceedings, and report about them in their broadcasts on WKKK radio. We get to spend more time with Bertha and her three kids, Didi Snavely and her used weapons, and of course, Aunt Pearl, whose killing instinct is directed this time at blue jays instead of dogs. Vera Carp is back as head of the Obscene Committee of the Smut Snatchers of the New Order. Will she win the coveted trophy for the best Christmas yard display for the 15th consecutive year, or will waitresses Inita Goodwin and Helen Bedd give her a run for the gold? And just who is the mysterious Christmas Phantom who has "wreaked havoc in the greater Tuna area for years?"

Tickets are $20.00 for this special fund raising presentation. No senior or student rates apply. Proceeds go to Bay City Players.
