Bay City Players will present A Christmas Carol, Adapted by Doris Baizley, December 5 - 7 & 11 - 14, 2014 at Bay City Players, 1214 Columbus Avenue, in Bay City. Performance times are 8:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.

A bright, modern approach to a Christmas classic, adapted by Doris Baizley, has everything we love about this story, but with a special twist. Scrooge, tiny Tim, the Christmas spirits, Marley's ghost are all here but each with a spin that delights and surprises. When a troupe of traveling actors digs into their bag of tricks and mischief, the fun and surprises grow bigger and brighter. Spirits rise out of the floor; time floats by in a cloud of smoke; carolers and happy children fill the stage with the thrill of Christmas yet to come. This Christmas Carol embraces the entire family in a gigantic holiday hug.
